All items are original & made in our studio on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada.

30-day no-questions-asked returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping, we will refund the item cost (but not any fees, duties, etc.)

  • Take pictures of the packaging AND the item inside. Reach out to info@jolantava.art ASAP

  • Duties and bank fees are customer's responsibility. On our end, we will let you know if they might occur.

  • Original art and accessory pieces are one-of-a-kind. A custom piece or a reproduction print could be a solution. Reach out to info@jolantava.art

  • Within 30 days of purchase, reach out to info@jolantava.art.
